I'd like to introduce myself.
My name is Lucille Whiting and I set up Sophia Alexander Fingerprint Jewellery over 16 years ago.
Most of the time, when you phone you will be speaking with me or one of my team.
That's because in addition to creating pieces of jewellery, I feel that it's really important to discuss each order with our clients and address every query and concern.
I thought it would be nice to put a face to the voice at the end of the phone.
